The Board of Trustees encourages the use of school buildings and facilities by community groups whenever such use (1) will not interfere with regular school or school-sponsored programs or activities, (2) will not disrupt planned maintenance procedures, and (3) is in accordance with the policies and regulations of the District.
Before requesting PCSD #1 Facilities, please read our policy on the use of our school facilities.
FACIlities reservation steps
1. To Become a Requester click on Register Now.
2. Check for the approval notification in your inbox.
3. Log in to your account to place a Facilities Request.
4. You will receive an approval/denial email of your facilities’ request. You can always check on the status of your request by logging in to your account.
5. You will be sent an electronic agreement that you will be required to sign with the PIN you created when registering.
